The LB method attracts much attentions for fabricating the thin films based on layered organic-inorganic hybrid perovskites because it allows us to control the thickness at molecular levels. However, one of the problems is the difficulty for controlling the composition and structure due to the restriction that should utilize anisotropic adsorptions of ions and molecules at the air/water interface. Here we report on a successful fabrication of the layered organic-inorganic hybrid perovskites, where the LB films of alkylamines are immersed in an aqueous solution containing lead iodide. Our XRD analyses have revealed that the well-ordered thin films based on layered organic-inorganic hybrid perovskites are fabricated by an intercalation of lead iodide in the LB films of alkylamines.
