Lead methylammonium bromide (MAPbBr3) is expected to be applied to thermoelectric conversion materials, and conductivity control is necessary for realization. The conductivity of MAPbBr3 can be improved by doping, but on the other hand, the conductivity of MAPbBr3 may be decreased by crystal distortion caused by atomic substitution. In this study, we prepared thin films of MAPbBr3 doped with copper (Cu) and evaluated the effect of Cu substitution on conductivity.
