我々は中赤外超短パルスを光源として、スナップショット法を用いた赤外ハイパースペクトラルイメージング法を開発した。この方法を利用して回折限界に近い空間分解能をもつ高速の化学イメージングを行うことができた。一回の計測は最短5秒で、555-3846 cm^-1にわたって1069点の波数において画素数640x480のハイパースペクトラルイメージを取得することができた。
