[25p-E302-9] Common Path Frequency Domain Optical Correlation System for Ultrafast Optical Waveform Analysis

We propose the frequency domain optical correlation system for ultrafast optical waveform analysis. This system can measure the waveform by inverse Fourier transform of the frequency domain optical correlation signal. In order to confirm the principle in experiments, the signal and reference optical paths of the optical circuit to acquire the frequency-domain correlation were placed in a common optical path to avoid the influence of the optical path difference and its fluctuation. As a result, it was experimentally confirmed that the stable transient waveform measurement can be realized with the proposed system.
