[25p-F407-6] Searching of new organic scintillators by high-throughput screening

In this study, we aimed to find new organic scintillators and screened about 25,000 compounds for their luminescence by ³⁵ S. We found that about 1,800 compounds showed luminescence. Among them, the compound that has a high luminescence and can be synthesized in large quantities was analyzed using the LINAC. As a result, the wavelength of the emission was 437 nm and the decay time was 8-12 ns.
