Forty-three years have passed since I was involved in the study of crystal growth and far infrared spectroscopy. Among them, various attempts were made for in-situ observation of growing crystal, and noncontact and nondestructive measurement of grown crystals.
In this presentation, I’d like to introduce some of the technologies that we have done in them.
In addition, the project of nitride semiconductor growth using SaAlMgO4 single crystal substrate currently being carried out is also introduced.
