We have developed a manufacturing process of Fe-Ga magnetostrictive alloys which were available for materials of vibration power generators, from single crystal growth using a vertical Bridgman (VB) method to thin-plate processing. This time, we measured the electrical impedance of Fe-Ga single crystal plates and calculated the force factor α that is the electromechanical coupling factor in energy conversion process. The force factor α has been positively correlated with the power generation output of the vibration power generators. Furthermore, we investigated the relationship between the force factor α and the magnetostriction by applying magnetic field parallel λ||.
