[25p-P09-1] Spin Polarization Modulation Characteristics of VCSELs under Injection Locking

We confirmed that a resonant response feature of an injection locked VCSEL under spin polarization modulation depends on optical power of the injected light. Our results indicate that spin polarization modulation characteristics of VCSELs can be controlled by the injection locking technique.
