We will report a control technique of the terahertz wave, which has been remarked due to its application to the carrier frequency for the communication in the next generation. We have theoretically studied the relative phase and the propagation direction control techniques in a waveguide structure coupled with the air through the skew alignment. In this time, we have developed an actual structure for the proof of concept by using a three-dimensional printing technology. We experimentally revealed phase controllability in the frequency regions lower than 0.4 THz.
