[26a-E201-2] フォノニック結晶共振器と導波路を用いたマグノメカニクス素子
キーワード:マグノメカニクス、フォノン、マグノン
we report a novel magnomechanical device based on a wavelength-scale phononic crystal (PnC) cavity and its magnomechanical characterization at room temperature. The resonant vibrations of the cavity, excited through a waveguide, drive spin precessions in a nickel thin-film via magnetostriction. This also exets back-action on the dynamics of the PnC cavity, resulting in the resonant frequency and quality factor being modulated. To the best of our knowledge, this is a first demonstration of the magnomechanical hybrid device formed in a wavelength-scale PnC cavity.
