The conversion technology connecting electronics and spintronics is very important for the fabrication of low-power devices in the future. The conversion between current and spin-wave using Spin-Orbit Torque(SOT) enables excitation and detection by DC current, which allows for easier circuit design and control. In this study, we compared the excitation and detection of spin-wave using the spin Hall effect and the inverse spin Hall effect with that using a high frequency magnetic field.
