In surgical operations, nerve-sparing surgery is performed to ensure that patients can live comfortably after surgery without dysfunction. In this study, we use Raman scattering spectroscopy to measure nerve tissues, and since the obtained spectra are complicated with various molecular information, we use machine learning to extract the features in the spectra with high accuracy and discriminate the tissues. However, the discrimination method by machine learning has a problem that the basis of discrimination is a black box, so we are trying to identify the basis of discrimination.
