[26a-E204-5] Vibrational imaging of skin in CH stretching and OH stretching regions by stimulated Raman scattering

SRS spectra of dried human stratum corneum (SC) and phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) at 2900cm^-1~3200cm^-1 were measured using stimulated Raman scattering (SRS) microscopy, and simultaneous imaging of CH and OH stretching regions was performed. Using these spectra as a basis, the spatial distribution of SC and PBS and the local penetration of PBS into SC were clarified by spectral unmixing using pseudo-inverse matrix operations on the SRS spectral imaging results of PBS-impregnated SC.
