[26a-E303-4] Simulations on optical non-Hermitian skin effect in anisotropic metasurfaces

In this study, we investigate numerically photonic non-Hermitian skin effect (NHSE) proposed by Yoda et al. using real material systems. We found that the skin modes predicted by the theory are formed in two-dimensional metal dielectric multilayer systems and three-dimensional metal grating structures, respectively. The results will lead to the observation of photonic NHSE in uniform and continuous systems.
