In this presentation, we study frequency dependence of single-molecule transistor based on COPV2 and heteroepitaxial spherical (HS-) Au/Pt nanogap electrodes with bottom-line gate electrode. The demonstration is exhibited as follows. First, we demonstrate the process of fabricating nanogap electrodes and chemisorbing COPV2 molecule into the nanogap. Then, we show the measurement of COPV2 transistors and discuss the output and transfer curves. Finally, we discuss the frequency dependence of COPV2 transistors measured by applying AC signal on the gate electrode.
