今回は，手回し発電機で発電した電力をEDLCに蓄電してLEDを光らすLED点灯回路 の過渡現象による電圧や電流の解析の続報となる．具体的には，充電時のEDLCの充電電流や端子電圧および放電時のEDLCの端子電圧や放電電流に対する測定値と計算値の比較を行った．さらにLEDライトとしての充電時間や点灯時間対するEDLCの容量の大きさについて検討を加えたので報告する．
