We observed waveforms of the terahertz radiation emitted during the femtosecond laser ablation process using singleshot terahertz time-domain spectroscopy using an echelon mirror. The emitted waveforms are found to depend on the excitation fluence, which reflects the initial chage emission dynamics during laser ablation.
