Although non-degenerate singularities with half-integer topological charge have been studied to be circularly polarized states, it has been difficult to achieve circularly polarized laser oscillation because they are not standing wave modes. In this study, we demonstrated the creation of a standing wave mode with a circularly polarized state by numerical simulations on two types of Si PhC slabs with square lattice of trapezoidal holes and honeycomb lattice of triangular holes.
