△ [26p-E303-6] Experimental Verification of Triplexers using Valley Photonic Crystal Slabs

Recently, the robustness of valley photonic crystals has attracted much attention and it has been applied to diplexers. Previously, we designed two filters with different cut off frequencies using the valley photonic crystal slab and placed them in series in a waveguide to design a triplexer. Here, we successfully fabricated the triplexer and demonstrated the operation in 300 GHz-band.
