Keywords:Quantitative phase imaging, Transport of intensity equation

One method of quantitative phase imaging that can acquire quantitative phase information of transparent objects is based on Transport-of-Intensity Equation, which can be realized with a simple optical system. This method can achieve high-precision phase measurement by using optimal parameters according to the object. However, a clear and systematic optimization method for these parameters has not been established. Therefore, we propose a method that can optimize these parameters according to the object and environment.
