The facile oxidation of Sn(II) and the energy level mismatch of electron transporting layer (ETL) are thought to hinder the improvement of power conversion efficiency of Sn perovskite solar cells. Recently, perovskites which include PEA in A-site and structures with ICBA as ETL are attracting attention. In this work, we studied charge transfer and charge states in layered films and solar cell devices from a microscopic viewpoint.
