本研究は，ダイヤモンドNVC量子メモリを含むフォトニック－フォノニック結晶共振器を光ファイバと高効率接続するプラットフォームを検討している．前回，Siフォトニクス技術で製作できるSiN導波路とダイヤモンド/AlN導波路の高効率結合，および高いパーセル係数を実現するダイヤモンド/AlN 1次元フォトニック結晶共振器を計算してきた．今回は光ファイバからダイヤモンド共振器までの接続構造を総合的に設計した．
