A summing network with the floating gate technology-based neurons is proposed to realize the stochastic resonance effects. The stochasticity of electron injections is utilized as a source of noises. By optimizing the size of the network and the degree of the electron injection stochasticity, the weak signals are amplified and nearly 0% error rate is achieved by simulation.
