Normally, BaTiO3 undergoes a sequential phase transition from high-temperature cubic to ferroelectric phase in the order of tetragonal, orthorhombic, and rhombidal crystals.However, BaTiO3 octahedral crystals don't have clearly tetragonal or orthorhombic phase .Phase transitions occur over a wide temperature range and appear to be structural phase transitions to rhombhedral crystals.
