The ferroelectricity of quenched BT-BMT-BF exhibited siginificantly high in comaparision with that of as-sintered BT-BMT-BF. Synchrotron radiation powder diffraction revealed that the origin of ferroelectricity enhancement by quenching is difference off-center Bi ions displacement between quenched and as-sintered BT-BMT-BF.
