Keywords:Lithium-Ion Capacitor, Charge-discharge Characteristics, Simulation

Lithium-ion capacitor (LIC) is a new type of capacitor with high power, long life, high safety, and increased energy density, which combines the negative electrode of a lithium-ion secondary battery and the positive electrode of an electric double layer. The charging and discharging principles for the positive electrode and negative electrode are different. In this study, the simulation of charging and discharging of a lithium-ion capacitor was performed and the characteristics of LIC were reported.
