[15a-E402-10] Fabrication of all-printed multilayered inverted QD-LED with quantum dots/polymer blend light emitting layer

In this study, we fabricated all-printed multylayered QD-LED with quantum dots/ polymer blend light emitting layer and studied improving device performance. And, We tried to control film thickness by using meniscus courting and improve utilization efficiency of materials.Performance of device with QD and PMMA blend emitting layer was better than performance of device with QD and PVCz blend emitting layer. In fact, luminescence starting voltage was lower and improve eqe from 0.82% to 1.8%.
