Uncooled infrared sensors of bolometer type have a wide range of applications such as security, military, food inspection, health care, and automotive camera. In this study, by adjusting the ultrasonic dispersing/cutting conditions before metal-semiconductor separation of carbon nanotubes (CNTs), long-lengh CNTs were prepraed, and their structural analysis and bolometer characteristics were evaluated.
