We synthesizee small-diameter WSe2 nanotubes from CVD-grown small-diameter WOx nanowires. TEM measurement and Raman spectra revealed that WSe2 nanotubes were successfully synthesized. In the poster presentation, we will report how synthesis parameters affect the synthesis of WSe2 nanotubes.
