C60 nanowires self-assembled by liquid-liquid interface deposition are useful as a method of incorporation into devices. However, since C60 nanowires have low conductivity immediately after self-assembly, polymerization treatment to improve conductivity and reduction of solution-derived impurities are required. In this experiment, annealing and EB irradiation were performed to evaluate the electrical properties and to find the relationship between these treatments and structural changes.
