[15p-A205-9] On-chip Nanocarbon-based Optoelectronic Devices

In this study, we have developed nanocarbon-based opto-electronic devices, such as light emitters, photodetectors, silicon photonics devices, quantum light sources. We show the thermal light sources and these applications for the infrared analysis with high-spatial resolution. We also show the opto-electronic devices on silicon chips, such as photodetectors, narrow-linewidth light sources, optical swithes, and single photon sources at room temperature and telecommunication wavelength.
