[15p-A302-4] Physical properties control by the contents and charge states of hydrogen in metal-hydride epitaxial thin films

Ryota Shimizu1 (1.Tokyo Tech)

Keywords:metal hydride, thin-film physical properties, mixed anion compound

Reports of superconductivity at high temperatures under ultrahigh pressure had generated great interest in metal hydrides and their physical properties. For the progress in both fundamental understanding and device application of metal hydrides, studies using single crystals or epitaxial thin films are essential. Here, we introduce our recent works on epitaxial growth of metal-hydride epitaxial thin films and physical properties control by controlling charge state of H atoms in multi-anion hydride compounds.
