The photoelectric conversion efficiency of tin perovskite solar cells (Sn-PVK PV) has reached more than 14% and has attracted the most attention among lead-free PVK PVs. Inverse structure PV using PEDOT:PSS as the hole transport layer (HTL) and C60 as the electron transport layer (ETL) of Sn-PVK PV is widely used. However, there was concern that the hygroscopicity and strong acidity of PEDOT:PSS would reduce the stability of PVK PV. In this study, we report our finding that a coated tin oxide layer acts as an HTL for Sn-PVK PV.
