In the development of artificial leaves using perovskite solar cells as hydrogen generation devices, it is essential to increase the open circuit voltage. In order to apply perovskite solar cells to artificial leaves, we have researched for the purpose of constructing a cell fabrication process suitable for artificial leaves. In this study, the effects of fabrication method of the compact titanium oxide layer on the crystal structure and surface morphology of titanium oxide were investigated.
