▼ [15p-A409-5] Phase transition of high-quality epitaxial spinel Fe3O4 to γ-Fe2O3 thin films for spin-wave propagation

In this study, we fabricated high-quality epitaxial spinel ferrite Fe3O4 thin film as a template layer on conductive Nb:SrTiO3 substrate, then realized phase transition to γ-Fe2O3 by annealing method. Spin-wave was excited by a coplanar waveguide (CPW). Frequency shifts caused by the external in-plane magnetic field change, the frequency reaches 7.3 GHz at 80 mT, which shows higher spin-wave frequency property than the conventional YIG system.
