We have studied discherge efficiency and ROS production with helium or argon atmospheric pressure plasma jet by adding etanol. Oxygen mixing effect to dhischarge gas, however, has not been studied in detail. In this work, initial result on oxygen addition to argon plasma with both DBD plasma jet and long microwave plasma device, will be reported.
