In the field of organic electronics, many studies on self-assembled membranes (SAMs) composed of a single species of molecules have been reported, and the structural changes and charge transfer in molecular films during device operation have attracted much attention. In this study, we focused on the nonlinear properties of fluorine and detected the surface potential dynamics by electrostatic force microscopy (EFM).
