[15p-D215-2] Relationship among Ferroelectric Properties, Substitution Species, and Heat Treatment of (Bi0.5K0.5)TiO3-BiFe1-xMxO3-K(Nb0.5Ta0.5)O3 (M=Ni, Mn) and Average, Electronic, and Local Structure Analysis

We have focused on (Bi0.5K0.5)TiO3-BiFeO3 (BKT-BF) solid solution as a lead-free material and have reported the improvement of ferroelectric properties by solid solution of KNbO3 and KTaO3 in the MPB composition of 0.4BKT-0.6BF. In this study, we focused on 0.6(Bi0.5K0.5)TiO3-0.375BiFeO3-0.025K(Nb0.5Ta0.5)O3 (25KNT). Ferroelectric properties of these samples were evaluated, and average, electronic, and local structure analyses were performed using quantum beams.
