[15p-D215-2] Relationship among Ferroelectric Properties, Substitution Species, and Heat Treatment of (Bi_0.5K_0.5)TiO₃-BiFe_1-xM_xO₃-K(Nb_0.5Ta_0.5)O₃ (M=Ni, Mn) and Average, Electronic, and Local Structure Analysis

We have focused on (Bi_0.5K_0.5)TiO₃-BiFeO₃ (BKT-BF) solid solution as a lead-free material and have reported the improvement of ferroelectric properties by solid solution of KNbO₃ and KTaO₃ in the MPB composition of 0.4BKT-0.6BF. In this study, we focused on 0.6(Bi_0.5K_0.5)TiO₃-0.375BiFeO₃-0.025K(Nb_0.5Ta_0.5)O₃ (25KNT). Ferroelectric properties of these samples were evaluated, and average, electronic, and local structure analyses were performed using quantum beams.
