In particle therapy, deviations of the irradiated area affect the therapy efficacy. In this study, an experiment was conducted to obtain SOBP beam images by secondary electron bremsstrahlung (SEB) measurements. In the experiment, a carbon beam was irradiated to an acrylic target and the SEB emitted from the beam trajectory in the target was measured using a pinhole collimator and a CdTe image detector. The experimental results and the uncertainty of the detection of range changes will be presented.
