[15p-E302-10] Exotic superconducting phenomena in van der Waals materials

Taro Wakamura1 (1.NTT BRL)

Keywords:Superconductivity, Van der Waals materials, Mesoscopic physics

Van der Waals materials exhibit a variety of interesting phenomena. Some of them show superconductivity, whose properties may be drastically different from three-dimensional bulk superconductors owing to the availability of atomically thin crystals. In this talk, I will introduce exotic superconducting phenomena in transition-metal dichalcogenide Td-MoTe2, whose crystal structure breaks inversion symmetry, and also in graphene Josephson junction with strong spin-orbit interactions.
