Keywords:superconductor, high sensitivity, receiver

This talk will give an overview of the high sensitivity receiver frontends installed on the current ALMA telescope which has been in operation since 2011. It will also include the history of the wideband technology development over the last decade and an upgrade of the receivers aiming at the wide instantaneous bandwidth twice greater than the current telescope system for the ALMA2 project. In addition, the currently ongoing studies for a multibeam receiver and novel superconducting devices are outlined.
