[15p-E302-8] Spin current manipulation at superconductor / normal metal interface

Kohei Ohnishi1 (1.Kyushu Univ.)

Keywords:superconductivity, spin current, spin transport

Two types of electron transports are expected at superconductor / normal metal interface -- Andreev refraction and quasi-particles injection. Recently, these processes for spin current have been re-investigated as novel spin-related phenomena. In this talk, first, the Andreev reflection for spin current will be discussed to be strongly dependent on the superconducting gap at the interface. And then, we will discuss the spin-polarized quasi-particles diffusion in superconductor with introducing the recent experimental results.
