[15p-E402-18] Development of Electroluminescence Devices with Organic Semiconductor Microcrystal Cavities Fabricated by Solution Casting and Cytop Spincoat Methods
Keywords:organic semiconductor laser, microcavity, (thiophene/phenylene) co-oligomer (TPCO)
In order to achieve high brightness and high power efficiency, emission devices using the stimulated emission process are effective, and in recent years, they have been put to practical use in some high-performance headlights and laser projectors. In order to achieve this with a simple fabrication process, it is necessary to realize a current-injection type organic semiconductor laser that can be applied to flexible processes. In recent years, current-injected lasing has been realized in two materials. We realized EL emission in a microcavity that can easily lasing under the optical excitations. There are many issues such as lowering the operating voltage, but the details will be reported in the lecture.
