[15p-E402-4] Analysis of charge traps in organic amorphous film by multiscale simulation

Keywords:OLED, charge transport

In organic light-emitting diodes, understanding charge transport is crucial and has been studied extensively in both calculations and experiments. In our previous study, we succeeded in quantitatively predicting hole and electron mobilities in an amorphous CBP neat film without using any adjusting parameters. In this study, we investigated a detailed molecular-level insight into charge transport in the amorphous system and revealed two types of charge traps; due to the site energy differences and due to the structural disorder.
