[15p-PA01-55] Sensitivity improvement of a heat flux sensor using anomalous Nernst effect by unevenness structure
Keywords:a heat flux sensor, anomalous Nernst effect
Heat flow sensors based on the anomalous Nernst effect are expected to be cheaper and more flexible than the Seebeck effect. We focused on the aspect ratio (height/width) of magnetic wires to increase the electromotive force per heat flux. Magnetic wires with a large aspect ratio were obtained by sputtering Co onto the unevenness sides of a substrate with a unevenness structure. As a result, it was found that the larger the aspect ratio of Co, the larger the anomalous Nernst voltage.
