Keywords:TMR sensor

Tunnel magnetoresistance (TMR) sensors based on ferromagnetic tunnel junction (MTJs) devices are highly sensitive magnetic sensors that operate at room temperature. In recent years, the high sensitivity of TMR sensors has led to the development of various applications, one of which is the measurement of nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) signals. In this study, we performed proton NMR measurements using a TMR sensor to clarify the dependence of the signal intensity on the amount of water.
