[15p-PA03-15] Fabrication of organic ion radical salt nanocrystals using nanoscale electrocrystallization

In this study, we have been fabricating organic nanocrystals using our original electrochemical method, “Nanoscale electrocrystallization”, in order to develop a technique for site-selective fabrication of nanomaterials for organic electronics. This time, we attempted to form novel nanocrystals via nanoscale electrocrystallization using magnesium phthalocyanine (Mg(Pc)) and tetrathiafulvalene (TTF) as the starting materials. In this presentation, we will report fabrication and physical properties of obtained nanocrystals in detail.
