[15p-PB01-3] Improvement of Detection Efficiency of Terahertz Waves Emitted from Spintronic Emitters using Alternating Magnetic Bias

The spintronic emitter in terahertz (THz) region is applied a satulatied magnetic bias on to the emission device at operation. By applying both positive and negative magnetic field at the lock-in detection, the detected signal of THz wave is possible to enhance two times in principle compearing to modulating the pomp beam by an optical chopper. In this study, we develop a antenna mount that can apply alternating magnetic bias for spintronic emission device, and attempt to enhance the detection signal.
