We fabricated a CirD laser with a new structure, which consists of an orthogonal grating waveguide, a line-defective optical output waveguide (W1), and a semicircular port, and evaluated experimentally the effects of the waveguide shift of W1 (ΔS) and the output port radius (Rp).
