[15p-PB05-8] High performance reconstruction spectrometer using photonic crystal waveguide with randomness

We study a reconfigurable spectrometer using random localization due to manufacturing errors in photonic crystal waveguides fabricated with CMOS compatibility. While improving the accuracy of the experimental system from previous research, we increased the speed by replacing the reconstruction method with a simple inverse mapping.
